What return policy questions do you need answered?

    We understand that ordering online can result in unexpected colors variations or wrong sizing. That’s why Added Value Printingproducts can be returned within 30 days of delivery. In addition, if we made a mistake we’ll payfor the return shipping. Please note that if you ordered the wrong size, color etc. we will offer refunds but cannot offer to pay for return shipping.

    Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept any used or opened merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

    Added Value Printingreserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service in the event of a return; however, you will be notified in advance.

  2. Added Value Printing Guarantee
    Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of delivery. Please call customer service (1-763-657-0028) to inform us about a defected product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the order in full.

  3. What is the return process?
    To return you order, please contact our returns department by e-mailat customerservice@addedvalueprinting.comor call at 1.763.657.0028 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note all returns must have a RA#, otherwise the return may be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by the returns department clearly on the outside of the shipping carton within 30 days of delivery. Please ship your items back to:

    A credit will appear for the cost of the items after we have received and processed your return at our warehouse. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Also note if the product is received 30 days after delivery you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

  4. Can I return disposable respirators?
    Due to hygienic considerations, disposable respirators are non-returnable if the package is opened. If you need help selecting the proper disposable respirator for your needs feel free to give customer service a call: 1-763-657-0028.

  5. Can I return reusable respirators, filters & cartridges?

    Unopened reusable respirators, filters and cartridges may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the return instructions below.
