WHAT IS HEAT TRANSFER?
Heat Transfer is the passage of thermal energy from hot to a cold.
It is where we take your image or a design we create for you and apply that to different types of substrates. You will often see this as a full wrap around on mugs, and cups.Additionally, this is ideally suited for t-shirts, sweat shirts, hand bags mouse pads and many other types of items. The possibilities are endless.
Looking for full color t-shirts but the cost of silkscreen is too expensive? That is where heat transfer is right for you. With no set-ups, no screen changes and no minimums we are able to keep our costs down.With silk screening you have setup charges for each color being printed, so when you are doing lower numbers and numerous colors, it gets quite costly. That's where the heat transfer comes in, WE SAVE YOU MONEY.
HOW IS IT DONE?
It's all done right from your file.
We take your full color photo and can apply it to the front, back, left or right crest on 100% cotton t-shirts. Apply your image around the entire surface of cups, mugs and many other products; you'll be amazed by the results. Tote bags are another great product. Why not make a statement with a beautiful full color print on them with displaying the theme of the event? Or gone to football games or different sporting events and seen some of the bags that the fans have? Imagine a bag with the print of the entire team or your favorite player on the side.
While the process can sound very simple, don't be fooled, many companies offer this process and may even offer lower prices. We use inks that are designed and manufactured specifically for this process.We use the finest of inks that stays on after multiple washings.
